MEET OUR TEAM
Dr SARAH LAWS
Dr BELLA GRANT
Bella grew up in New Zealand, having a very active lifestyle from young age, and always had a keen interest in the body and how it functions. Knowing how important it is to take care of your body, she delved into preventative care and came across chiropractic in her last years of high school. After experiencing the benefits, she knew this was something she wanted to pursue further. Bella graduated from the renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor of Chiropractic, and decided to chase the sunshine over to Sydney to begin her career.
Bella has a special interest in paediatric care and women’s health, but is a strong believer that everyone should look after their nervous system, no matter what age or stage of life you are at. Her approach is gentle and supportive, matching care to each person individually, and what suits their nervous system best.
Outside of the clinic you can find her down at the beach, at the gym or the nearest coffee spot. She is looking forward to joining the community here on the Northern Beaches, and meeting all of you.
Sarah grew up playing many sports, in particular netball at elite levels. This experience instilled a deep passion for and appreciation of a well-functioning body and nervous system. Sarah saw and felt the benefit that preventative & restorative healthcare had on her life, so it made sense to pursue a career that allowed her to help others in the same way. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care herself, including support with chronic headaches, mouth ulcers, anxiety and experiencing the benefits it brought to her sports and academic performance, Sarah naturally felt compelled to become a chiropractor. Dr Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s of Health Science from Sydney University and a 3 year Masters Of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 2020.
Since graduating, Sarah has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in paediatrics, pregnancy, women’s health and functional neurology. She has since completed her Diplomate of Clinical Women’s Health, an advanced postgraduate qualification focused on women’s health and the complex, interconnected systems of the body.
Sarah’s approach is deeply holistic and centred around the philosophy that the body functions as an integrated whole, with the nervous system playing a central role. She is particularly interested in women’s health, paediatrics and family healthcare, and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. Using gentle and effective chiropractic techniques, Sarah loves helping her patients better understand the brilliance, adaptability, and intelligence of their own nervous systems

Dr LILY LIM
Lily graduated from RMIT in 1984 and has been in continuous practice since then. As the scientific world has progressed in the past 40 years, she has continued to stay abreast of the developments in the health sciences, particularly in Paediatrics and Neuroscience. Lily attained her Masters in Chiropractic Science (Paediatrics) after she had her third child and saw how many chronic problems in the adult population originated in childhood.
In addition, she completed a post graduate course in Functional Neuroscience and is always attending further education in these fields. Neuroplasticity, the human brain and the ongoing health of her patients keep her motivated to work with her community of children and their families. In the final analysis, “it is not about how long we live for but how well”
Dr GILLIAN ALLPORT
I’m excited to be joining the team at Warringah Chiropractic Centre — some of you may recognise me from my time locuming for Dr Sarah over the past year. I’ve been a practising chiropractor for more than 20 years, but my connection to chiropractic began long before that.
At just five years old, my parents were advised to try chiropractic care to help manage my severe asthma. Not only did it make a significant difference, but it introduced me to the benefits of regular adjustments from an early age. Growing up supported by chiropractic care made the decision to study and pursue this profession feel incredibly natural — and over the years I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people reach their best state of health and wellbeing.
In practice, I love working with individuals and families to support their nervous system, movement and overall health. My approach is gentle, personalised and focused on helping you feel and function at your best.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a mum to an energetic young boy, a keen gardener, and someone who feels her best when staying active — whether that’s playing tennis, heading to the gym, or walking my two dogs along the beaches.
I’m looking forward to meeting you, getting to know your story, and supporting you on your health journey.
